How Studio Works
Plan
Start by adding your raw screenshots to the Studio intake, or import them from the quick editor.
Then fill in the app brief: app name, who the app is for, what it does, and optional market details (alternatives and differentiators).
From your uploaded screenshots, choose the ones to include in story analysis. Studio uses this set to build the screenshot narrative and pair each concept with a source screen.
When you run plan generation, Studio creates a Plan board with ordered concept cards. Each card represents one screen in listing order and includes an action-verb style headline concept, a descriptor, and a paired screenshot source. You can regenerate the full plan or regenerate a single card if one card is weak.
Design
After the plan is ready, continue to Design. Design works screen by screen from the planned flow.
For each planned screen you can:
- Edit the action verb and descriptor
- Choose the device target (iPhone or Android)
- Generate or regenerate the visual output
- Review the preview result
When a generated result is good, click Approve. Approved screens are saved into the project's approved set. Repeat for as many planned screens as you want.
Finalize
Once at least one screen is approved, Finalize becomes available. In this step you choose an export target: Apple, Google Play, or both.
You have two download paths:
- Download selected — exports only the currently selected approved screen
- Download approved set — exports all approved screens
If there is only one screen and one target, Studio downloads a single PNG. If there are multiple targets or multiple approved screens, Studio packages them as a ZIP with store-ready PNGs.
