Account and Data Deletion

In Studio settings, use Cancel subscription to stop the next renewal. Your paid plan remains active until the current billing period ends.

For now, account deletion is handled by support. Email support@lexoraxiom.com from your account email and include "Account deletion request" in the subject.

• Account profile and Studio project records tied to the account.
• Uploaded assets and saved project metadata that are not legally required to retain.

We may retain limited records required for legal obligations, tax/accounting, chargeback defense, fraud-prevention, and security investigations for the minimum required retention period.

We aim to confirm deletion requests promptly and complete deletion within a reasonable operational period, subject to legal retention constraints.
