LEXOR AXIOM S.R.L. is the controller for AppScreenz account and billing data.

2. Data We Process

We process the following categories of data:

  • Account identifiers (email, Firebase account IDs, linked auth provider IDs).
  • Project data and uploaded assets you choose to store in Studio.
  • Billing linkage and subscription state (Stripe customer/subscription IDs, plan state, invoices).
  • Credit ledger data for grants, consumption, expiry, and entitlement checks.
  • Operational security data for abuse prevention (rate limit and request protection metadata).

3. Why We Use Data

  • Provide core Studio functionality and save your work.
  • Process purchases, upgrades, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Enforce plan limits, entitlement rules, and anti-abuse protections.
  • Provide support and resolve billing or account issues.

4. Service Providers

AppScreenz uses processors to operate the service, including:

  • Google Firebase (authentication, storage, and Firestore persistence).
  • Stripe (payment processing and subscription management).
  • OpenRouter model providers (AI strategy and generation requests).
  • Vercel hosting/runtime infrastructure for web delivery.

5. Retention

We keep account, billing, and project records while your account is active and for a limited period after closure when required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution reasons.

6. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or objection rights where applicable by contacting support@lexoraxiom.com. Rights scope can depend on your jurisdiction and mandatory law.

7. Children

AppScreenz is not intended for users under 16 years old.

8. Policy Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy when product, legal, or operational requirements change. Material updates are reflected by a new policy version and effective date.
