1. Acceptance
By creating an account, signing in, or purchasing any AppScreenz offer, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use paid Studio services. If you use AppScreenz for a company, you confirm you can bind that company to these Terms.
3. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for account activity and for keeping your sign-in methods secure. You must provide accurate profile and billing details when requested.
4. Plans, Credits, and Billing
AppScreenz offers one-time plans, recurring subscriptions, and top-ups. Prices and included credits are displayed before purchase.
Subscription upgrades are scheduled for the next renewal unless explicitly stated otherwise. Canceling a subscription stops the next renewal and keeps access through the current billing period.
Credit grants have validity windows based on the active offer. Expired credits cannot be used.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use AppScreenz to violate law, infringe third-party rights, abuse infrastructure, or upload content you are not authorized to process.
6. AI Features
Studio includes AI-assisted strategy and image generation. Outputs can be inaccurate or incomplete and must be reviewed by you before publication.
7. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, fraud, non-payment, or material terms violations. You may stop using the service at any time.
8. Disclaimer and Liability
AppScreenz is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent allowed by law. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without affecting mandatory protections that apply to you under consumer law.
